All TodoSquad items are made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch. This means your item is created after your order is placed, rather than held as pre-made stock.

  1. Order Processing & Production

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be produced before it is shipped.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Once your item has been produced and dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

  1. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on the shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times may vary.

Typical shipping estimates from our fulfilment partner include:

Special Line:
Approximately 10 days on average, with most orders delivered within 15 days.

International Shipping:
Approximately 5 days on average, with most orders delivered within 7 days.

Standard Shipping:
Approximately 10-15 days on average, with most orders delivered within 30 days.

These are estimated shipping times only and do not include production time.

  1. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • local holidays
  • customs or border checks
  • courier delays
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • unavoidable events outside our control

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

  1. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little time for tracking updates to appear after the courier receives the parcel.

  1. Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to sender because the address was incorrect, incomplete, unclaimed, or rejected at customs, additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the item resent.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your shipping address.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and item.

If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement or reshipment where appropriate.

Depending on your location and the shipping method used, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
